How are the snow and slope conditions, and how much do the lift tickets cost?

What will the weather be like?

On www.saalbach.com you will find the current weather report including livecam.


How do I get to you from the airport?

Your Hotel Schattberg recommends the shuttle service from www.holiday-shuttle.at.


Where can I borrow my equipment?

Our rental tip: Sport Hagleitner with no less than three locations in the Skicircus, one of them near Schattberg. Benefit from the top service and put your skis in the depot overnight. I can’t find a room from you on the booking.com site. Are you fully booked?

Not necessarily; bookings via booking.com are associated with costs for us. Why not enquire directly with us or book online with us!


I don’t want to go out in the evening, is it possible to eat at your place?

Yes, between 6 and 8 p.m. there are snacks and a small selection of dishes in the breakfast room, which we will also be happy to bring to your room. Until 10 p.m. you can also sit comfortably with a draft beer, a good glass of wine and a cultivated selection of drinks. Of course, all drinks as well as tea and coffee can be taken to the room.


I cannot take my vacation; what are my costs?

In principle, the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 apply to all bookings at Hotel Schattberg, see www.wko.at.


From when can I arrive or go to my room?

Check-in is guaranteed from 3pm, but your luggage can be left from 8am on the day of arrival. Breakfast is also available from 9:30 am by prior arrangement.


Can I bring my pet?

Pets are unfortunately not allowed with us.
